It's Birdies For Charity Time! The 2022 program officially kicks-off April 4, 2022. Once again we are eligible to receive a 5% bonus on pledges.

Please submit your pledge to Birdies For Charity and name the Optimist Club Foundation of Davenport #1776 as your Charity. When you chip in for Optimist, the Davenport Optimist Club Foundation will receive 100% of your donation plus a 5% Birdies For Charity Match.

The Optimist Club Foundation of Davenport was established in 1993 and acquired 501(c)(3) not-for-profit status in 1998 exclusively for the charitable, educational, and other civic purposes of the Davenport Noon Optimist Club. As a separate corporation from the Club, the Foundation receives and invests donations. Each year the Foundation’s Board of Directors uses the earnings from these funds to further the charitable, educational, and other civic purposes of the Davenport Noon Optimist Club. In 2022, the Foundation will grant $4,500 to the Ivory/Optimist Friend of Youth Scholarship and $12,000 to the Promise Award Scholarships. The Optimist Club Foundation of Davenport depends on the support from the Davenport Noon Optimist Club, individual members, the general public, and businesses.
